Villa Alumbrera is a stylish new complex of two and three bedroom residences located in the village of Canggu, an area that still adheres to the traditional Balinese way of life. The property is approximately 3km from Echo Beach, a popular spot to surf or just chill out at the restaurant there. Guests are provided with top-of-the-range mountain bikes to explore Canggu and the gentle beauty of the surrounding landscape.

While Villa Alumbrera has been designed as a modern property, there are distinct Balinese characteristics, such as thatched roof tops, that remain true to the local roots of the island. Meticulously planned to ensure guest satisfaction, Villa Alumbrera features every necessary home convenience, including a private swimming pool, gourmet kitchen and spacious terrace setting for entertaining.

Nestled within a tropical garden compound, the two bedroom villa is resplendent of a split level tropical town house. This holiday retreat has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to four adult guests without compromising style or privacy. There is plenty of outdoor space to soak up the sun either on reclining lounge chairs by the pool with its refreshing water feature or on the upstairs terrace.

The open plan living cum dining area overlooks the pool and has been decorated in tasteful furnishings and calming earthy hues. Adjacent to this space is a cosy alcove featuring a bench sofa and television for unobtrusive viewing pleasure. The kitchen is a fully equipped setup with all the appropriate appliances and tableware for in-villa dining.

The master bedroom also overlooks the pool and is accessed via a small terrace that is the perfect niche to sit, read or just contemplate. Featuring an oversized canopied bed and a dé£¯r to ignite the senses, this bedroom is definitely a private sanctuary for long nights of intimacy. The spa styled en-suite bathroom in a cool shade of grey marble features a separate tub, shower recess and generous vanity that caters to the needs of couples.

A second bedroom is located upstairs and is aesthetically similar to the master suite with a double canopied bed and indulging en-suite bathroom. The most unique feature of this upper level is a spacious open-air terrace that captures the full afternoon sun and a hint of sea breeze. This multi-purpose setting is ideal for social entertaining, especially to enjoy after dinner drinks with a small group of friends and loved ones.
