Villa Kalyan is a French Caribbean style fuses with Javanese antiques in a stylish combination to create Villa Kalyan. This is a four bedroom Villa where guests feel instantly at home. The staff are like an extension of family, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is very comfortable. The views of rice fields and the expansive garden give a very spacious feeling. Every detail is well thought through with the owners have a world-class interior style. The bedrooms are large and airy and the floor plan suits a family group.

Built in 2006, Villa Kalyan is located in Umalas, 10 minute drive to Seminyak and the beach. Villa Kalyan is decorated with delicate antique items and unique furniture pieces. The 4 spacious bedrooms (22.5 to 30 sqm ) have all en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and dressing rooms. The Living room (50 sqm) has a large comfortable sofa, a dining corner, and opens on a 20 sqm terrace and a veranda. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for the cook to prepare any kind of meal. The fantastic pool ,in a rice field shape, is 12m x 4.5 m. The property is serviced by 1 cook, 2 two house maids, 1 gardener and 2 security watchmen.

This is a really popular rental, with guests returning year after year.

All rates are nightly, shown in US Dollars and include first day breakfasts and return airport transfers. Rates are already subjected to an additional Tax and Service Charge.
